For example, for a camp starting on a Monday, we would need notice by end of business on Wednesday the week prior. This allows us time to fill the open spot.
✨ Cancellations with Less Than 48 Hours' Notice: Oops, things happen! For cancellations made for classes or individual day camps with less than 48 hours notice, we'll apply the amount as a gift card balance on your account. This balance can be used for a future class or camp, ensuring that the creative fun doesn't have to wait!
*Cancellations made for weekly summer camps with less than 48 hours will be applied as a gift card balance to use for a future camp or class, LESS THE $50 DEPOSIT.
✨ No-Shows: We miss you when you're not here! Unfortunately, no-shows will not be refunded or credited. But fear not – we'll be ready to welcome you with open arms in future sessions.
